House rules
A few things to know before you arrive.
Arriving
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an extra fee. Unarranged late check-out is £50 an hour.
- Guests
- Only guests named on the booking are permitted in the home. Please let us know in advance if you're planning to have any visitors.
- Pets
- Pets are welcome, please tell us before you arrive. No pets on the beds: pet hair on the bedding is £20 a bed.
- Shoes
- No shoes upstairs, please.
During your stay
- Noise
- Please keep noise down from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Smoking
- Strictly no smoking inside. You're welcome to smoke in the garden. Smoking indoors carries a £250 a day cleaning charge.
- Security
- External cameras are there for your security. Any tampering or removal may end in immediate eviction without refund.
- Keys
- A lost set of keys is £40 to replace.
- When we might come in
- We'll always message before coming in for repairs. In an emergency, we may need to come in without notice.
Leaving
- Rubbish
- Please wash up and take the rubbish out before you leave.
- Damages
- Accidents happen. Tell us straight away and we'll sort it.
